We send you a customer interview form to fill out to help us better understand your goals, mission, and the needs for your website. Our team will review the form and decide how to approach the project.

Based on the interview and the form, our team will submit a simple proposal with a timeline as well as project cost and how the website can help your nonprofit. After a handshake and a signature, we'll start working on your website.

As we continue to work on the website, we'll send periodic updates on our progress, along with temporary mock-ups for you to approve. Once the site is done, we'll provide copies of all licensed materials, photos, plugins, and themes, along with receipts.

Finally, we'll agree on a follow-up schedule to make minor changes and monitor the website.
